Hello! We are BeeLuxuryCo. Est 2020. We are located in Houston, TX. We developed a particular taste for modern and chic jewelry that was well made and could last you for years to come, but wasn’t always happy with the price tag that accompanied these pieces. Bee Luxury Co. was birthed from a simple and well deserved mission to allow any woman or men, with any budget or lifestyle, the opportunity to shop exquisite jewelry pieces that embodied qualities that we personally love in our own jewelry. MATERIALS USED
Our jewelry is made out of gold and silver plating, Sterling Silver, and 10k-14k solid gold. Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials. We extensively test each piece for a period of time to ensure that we're offering the best quality to our customers.
JEWELRY CARE
We recommend removing your pieces prior to bathing or swimming in order to protect the plating of the jewelry. To preserve the life of your Bee Luxe pieces, store them in the bags that they came in when not in use. Air can sometimes oxidize the plating, allowing your pieces to tarnish. Do not store your pieces on top of other pieces made of metal, as this will shorten the life span of your items. We also recommend being careful, handling your pieces with care, and avoiding direct contact with lotions, perfumes,water,and creams.
SHIPPING
Shipping takes on average 1-3 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide via USPS. We are not responsible if your package is lost after delivery. Upon this happening it is between you and the postal service. We highly recommend choosing Priority shipping as your shipping method to insure your compensated if your items become lost or stolen in transit or after delivery. We automatically add insurance to all orders over $100 to protect your purchase during and after transit/delivery. All orders under $100 will need to purchase priority shipping to insure their package is not lost. Preorders take 14 business days to ship out. Please check shipping details under each item.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Unfortunately we don't offer Returns or Exchanges at this time.
DAMAGES
We thoroughly inspect our pieces before shipping them out . We will never send you broken or tarnished jewelry. Our pieces are carefully secured inside of garment bags and are packaged carefully to ensure their protection. We are not held responsible for items that are damaged during transit. If your items arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, by sending an email to beeluxuryco@yahoo.com Please include clear pictures of the damage and we will do our best to come to a suitable resolution. If your item breaks within 3 days of receiving email us photos , and you will receive a discount code for a future purchase. If your item breaks after 4 days of receiving we are not responsible. Please make sure to check measurements under product item to insure that item will fit you properly to avoid breakage.
CANCELLATIONS
Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before placing your order, and make sure that they are correct.
